The BM D05intergrated circuit manifold is designed for the industrial valves of ISO4401-05-04, D3W, WE10, DG4V-4 installation with some materials are available, like Aluminum, Steel, Ductile iron or some sort of materials indicated. All of the manifolds are precision machined, de-burred, meticulously processing while production, after treatment, packaged to protect from the damage in and shipping.
The surface treatment ofintergrated circuit manifoldis acceptable for Zinc galvanized, Black galvanized, Chrome plated etc. Steel heat treatment or heat hardening according to different operating situation and indicated by designers.
The hydraulic oil in intergrated circuit manifoldis directed from the valve manifolds through tubing to working equipment, to the executive device, normally a cylinder or hydraulic motors, as per different work advice, the different performance can be achieved in a linear or rotational manner. After the operation running, the exhaust oil is returned to the manifolds T ports to the holding reservoir though tubing.
