D02-2x8 series of variable intake manifold are designed for the valve installation with various materials are available, such as Aluminum, Steel, Ductile iron or some sort of materials indicated.
We are producing many stations variable intake manifolds for assembly one or many valve to same and tank return ports, hydraulic manifolds include different patterns, D02, D03, D05, D07, D08, D10, 2F series, P06, P08, P10, R06, R08, R10 with various options of bottom ports, relief valve cavities, gauge ports, oversize ports and indicated valve spacing like 2 inch, 2 1/8 inch and 4 inch with the D03 pattern, 3 1/4 inch and 5 inch with the D05 pattern, and 5 1/4 inch and 7 inch with the D08 pattern.

There are various surface treatments for variable intake manifolds can be chosen: Zinc galvanized, Black galvanized, Chrome plated etc. Steel heat treatment or heat hardening according to different operating situation and indicated by designers.
