The characteristic of product: The ENAM series crankshaft long rod low speed high torque hydraulic motors are high mechanical working efficiency, low operating noise, much reliable operation. We adopt all seals, the high strength in hexagonal screw by Germany or Taiwan import, the appearance and quality surpass the domestic similar product level. With many years producing experience, we develop some producing processing and key parts to enhance the working characteristics as follow: The technical information of product: 1. ENAM's advanced radial piston hydraulic motor with a lower eccentric shaft vibration frequency of the five plunger structure, thus has the characteristics of low noise 2. New and special surface heat treatment technology to reduce the friction wear and tear while operation 3. Advanced oil distributor, so that all wearing parts to achieve a perfectly balanced state, to further improve volumetric efficiency, a more quiet and 4. Main parts from machining centers and CNC machining, the annual and some seals, high strength hexagonal inside the screw are from Germany or Taiwan. 5. Large tapered bearings are adopted to obtain the longer service life of the motor. 6. To shift the hydraulic oil flow, so that the direction of rotation reversed. 7. High output power, ENAM, the average motor efficiency of 91% or more.   Installation & Application: 1. Recommend filtrate precision for normal industrial purpose is 25μm, it is allowable for low pressure, low speed to 75μm 2. The oil viscosity for good working is between 15-1000cst. 3. The drain port should be connected independently to tank. Max. pressure for the motor housing is 0.1MPa. 4. The bracket of the motor must be rigid enough for installing the motor, the drain tube should be on a horizontal position above the motor. 5. Full fill the motor body with hydraulic oil before first start. 6.Motor can be installed at any position with rigid tic support, shafts of the motor and its transmission should be concentric, keep oil port clean ,do not let any solid objects into it.

7. 7.Release the radial duty of the shaft; prolong the life expectancy of the motor.
