Model DBDS6K series are hydraulic pressure relief valves which works as direct action type relief valve, it is used to limit the main system pressure with characteristics of fast response by direct adjustment.
The hydraulic pressure relief valve plays main role of the overflow from the constant pressure and safety protection, for the overflow effect of constant pressure: the quantitative pump throttle system, the quantitative constant flow pump is provided.
When the system pressure increases, the traffic demand will decrease. At this point the hydraulic pressure relief valve open, so that excess profits flow back to the tank, inlet pressure relief valve to ensure that the pump outlet pressure constant (often with the pressure fluctuations valve port open).
The hydraulic pressure relief valve is used for remote relief valve for high-pressure multi-stage control valve for sequence valve, used to generate back pressure (string in the back of oil on the road.) There are two structures: 1, direct action type relief valve. 2, pilot-type relief valve of the hydraulic pressure relief valve, the DBD type is direct action type relief valve.
