The
adjustable relief cartridge valve of CRV06 Series is the directly operated valves rely on the system pressure of the oil directly on the spool and the spring force of balance to control the valve opening and closing action, P is the inlet, T is the return oil port.
The pressure adjustment range is the regulator relief valve spring within the limits prescribed in the regulation, the system pressure can rise or fall steadily, and no pressure jumps and hysteresis when the maximum and minimum set pressure.
Maximum allowable flow rate for the adjustable relief cartridge valve rated flow at rated pressure relief valve when the work flow should be no noise, the minimum relief valve pressure stability depends on its smooth flow requirements, generally defined as 15% of the rated flow.
The adjustable relief cartridge valve is used as a signal to change the charged compression spring , thereby changing the valve port of the flow area and the overflow system to achieve the purpose of constant pressure. When the system pressure increases, the spool up valve port flow area increases, overflow traffic increases, and thus make the system pressure drop.
