The characteristic of product:
The BM D03 bar manifolds are designed for the hydraulic valves installation with some materials are available, such as Aluminum, Steel, Ductile iron or some sort of materials indicated. All of the manifolds are precision machined, de-burred, meticulously processing while production, after treatment, packaged to protect from the damage in and shipping.
Our bar manifolds include different patterns, D02, D03, D05, D07, D08, D10, 2F series, P06, P08, P10, R06, R08, R10 with various options of bottom ports, relief valve cavities, gauge ports, oversize ports and indicated valve spacing like 2 inch, 2 1/8 inch and 4 inch with the D03 pattern, 3 1/4 inch and 5 inch with the D05 pattern, and 5 1/4 inch and 7 inch with the D08 pattern. 
The surface treatment of bar manifolds is acceptable forZinc galvanized, Black galvanized, Chrome plated etc. Steel heat treatment or heat hardening according to different operating situation and indicated by designers.
